We automatically include a fallback image for your shipment tracking so that in the rare case that we are unable to get data for a package, your recipient will still have information that the package is on its way. The recipient will be able to click the fallback image to be taken to the place you specify (either your order page or the carrier website) to be able to track their package.

Situations where the fallback image displays are rare, and typically only happen when there is an issue with the carrier's data server.
