If you are using Shopify notifications to send your transactional messaging, then you will place the Zembula Shipment Tracking code there.

If you use an email service provider (ESP) to send your transactional emails, then you will copy and paste the code into your shipping confirmation email template.

Note: Only Shopify Plus users are able to deactivate the transactional notifications within Shopify and send transactional messages through an external ESP. So, if you are on a basic Shopify plan, you will be using their notifications within the platform.
