Can I cancel my plan? Can I get a refund?

You may cancel your plan by contacting our support team five days before your next billing period. No refunds will be given on any of our plans.

If I start off with one membership plan, can I upgrade to a different plan later? Can I downgrade?

Yes. If you would like to change your plan, simply contact our support team 5 days before you are billed for renewal.

Who do I contact to make changes to my plan?

If you need to change or cancel your plan, log into your account on the Zembula platform and chat with us directly by clicking on the chat window icon at the bottom right of the page.
